Very difficult to contact phone or by email sent the wrong item but eventually managed to contact them and got a full refund refusing So in the end, everything was sorted but disappointed. Eric.
Easy to use
I’ve had the diffuser a week so not long enough to report on reliability but the unit is very simple to use. I didn’t find the output to be sufficient to scent my open plan kitchen, dining, living area but that is to be expected - ideally I’d have two or three units positioned at opposite ends of the space. If the unit proves reliable I wouldn’t hesitate to buy several more. No concerns about burning man made scents or waxes, no spillage or mess, nothing to clean out. Recommended.
