Directions
- Apply directly to clean, dry lips and on or around lip lines.
- Slight tingling after application is normal.
- Wait at least 3 minutes before applying any other lip products.
- For best results, wait up to 5 minutes. Use alone, as a lip primer or as an overnight lip treatment.
