- Body Building Weightless Shampoo, 75ml – A cleansing shampoo to help to control flyaways and leave hair looking fuller and thicker.

Directions
- Apply Elasticizer before shampooing.
- Dampen the hair with water and apply Elasticizer in sections to mid-lengths and ends, ensuring maximum coverage.
- Cover hair with a shower cap or towel.
- The heat created helps the nutrients to be fully absorbed.
- Leave for a minimum of 10-20 minutes, or as long as you wish. You can even sleep in Elasticizer.
- Rinse thoroughly, shampoo and condition as normal.
- You can shampoo twice if you want to ensure all residue is removed.
- Apply Body Building Shampoo to wet hair and lather well with a gentle kneading of the scalp.
- Rinse and repeat if necessary.
- After shampooing, gently work Body Building Conditioner into mid-lengths and ends.
- Rinse well.
- Follow with appropriate Philip Kingsley scalp toner.

I love these shampoo and conditioner. The mask also comes with it that literally saved my fine hair. I'm using it for a year now non stop and I finally could grow my hair without breakage and as much volume as I can get. I swear by it.

Over a glass of wine, my pal recommended this thing ‘Elastaziser’. A sucker for anything that half promises to sort out my lengthy but fine, dry, slightly wavy slightly not, straw-like mane. I’ve got a drawer full of, not even half used, products that weigh it down or leave it looking greasy! Now I’m chucking the drawer out, all of it! These three products are all I’ll be needing from now on! Soft but not ‘silky’, moisturised but not greasy, leaves it in it natural wave, this ‘trial’ travel set has worked wonders, I definitely owe my pal a glass of wine for the recommendation.

I liked the shampoo but used with the conditioner my hair went flat and lost it's natural curl despite following the advice to make sure to rinse thoroughly. The elasticizer is a must have. Gives wonderful bounce and movement to the hair

Perfect for taking on holiday. A good size of each product but not bulky. I can also fit a small maximiser spray into the pouch, so I have everything I need for perfect hair while I'm away.
