Directions
- Begin with Flaky Itchy Scalp Shampoo, followed by the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner.
- Lightly towel-dry your hair and apply Toner to your scalp from the nozzle in 1'' (3cm) sections.
- (Tip your head back when applying to avoid the product running into your eyes.)
- Distribute with fingertips. Do not rinse.
- Comb through and style.
- You can use cotton buds to apply the Toner to difficult-to-reach or sensitive areas of the scalp.
- You can also apply this Scalp Toner to dry hair throughout the day to refresh.

Found out the hard way this product is as thin as water which makes application a nightmare. Doesn't help my scalp either, would not recommend.

Soothing, instant relief from tight, itchy scalp. Hasn 't completely cleared thr flakes but has made a significant difference.

At last, products that work to soothe my itchy scalp and leave my hair looking and feeling great. I have tried so many different products before and none are anywhere near as effective. I especially like the conditioner as this has been particularly hard to find one that didn't leave me scratching after a day or two. Now I have smooth shiny hair and no itching or flaking.

I used this product approximately 5/6 times over the course of two weeks on my dry scalp and neck hairline. Today I'm pleased to say it's all gone. Thank heavens I found this product.

I've had issues with my scalp being really dry and would cause an itch ant times and this product with only a couple uses has been a lifesaver! It's not oily and doesn't affect my hair on a daily basis, it's almost like it isn't there! Phillip Kingsley products really are the best! And have helped me hair care journey a lot! A great range of products for all hair types. The bottle for this product has a great applicator making it easy to apply to the scalp quickly and effectively.

The Philip Kingsley range really suits my hair. The need not to be wasting money trying different brands for the "right one" is great. The scalp toner was a game changer for my dry scalp. I no longer have any issues. I have been using this for 2 years now.
