A balancing conditioner.
Designed to target the driest parts of the hair – the mid-lengths and ends – the Moisture Balancing Combination Conditioner hydrates and nourishes the hair without weighing it down from the roots. The balancing conditioner is formulated with wheat protein to strengthen and plump hair strands; silicone to add shine and reduce static without adding weight; and hydrolyzed elastin to add strength, body, and elasticity to reduce breakage.

Directions
- After shampooing, gently work into the mid-lengths and ends of hair.
- Rinse well and follow with the appropriate Philip Kingsley Scalp Toner.
