Directions
- Apply eyeliner at the base of lashes in a fine or bold line.
- Never apply eyeliner inside the lash line.
- Keep cap tightly closed to prevent formula from drying out.

not that great
if you're looking for a *black* eyeliner, this is not it. It looks more grey so I was not happy with it. Not worth the price
easy to apply eyeliner
I love this eyeliner. it is really easy to apply. it does not feather ( i am over 50yrs) or crease and it does not irritate my very sensitive skin.
Smudges, runs and is streaky
This smudges so easily that you can rub it off so easily with your fingers, not ideal at all and the water from your eyes will run this eyeliner so easily
