Designed to enhance the appearance of natural lashes, the Eye Booster Lash-Boosting Eyeliner and Serum uses a high-tech formula to boost the lashes while giving eyes the definition of a liquid eyeliner. Made with a lash boosting complex, the formula targets the base of lashes where the ingredients are most effective while giving long-lasting, water and smudge resistant colour.

Directions

Apply eyeliner at the base of lashes in a fine or bold line.
Never apply eyeliner inside the lash line.
Keep cap tightly closed to prevent formula from drying out.

easy to apply eyeliner

I love this eyeliner. it is really easy to apply. it does not feather ( i am over 50yrs) or crease and it does not irritate my very sensitive skin.

Smudges, runs and is streaky

This smudges so easily that you can rub it off so easily with your fingers, not ideal at all and the water from your eyes will run this eyeliner so easily
