Directions
- Gently shake before use.
- Apply eyeliner at the base of lashes in a fine or bold line.
- Never apply eyeliner inside the lash line.
- Keep cap tightly closed to avoid formula from drying out.
- Wipe brush on tissue if eyeliner does not dispense.

Smooth and easy to use but inconsistent
Love this when it works but will regularly dry out and require shaking while I’m doing my liner. Love how easy it goes on but it’s not consistently smooth. Very waterproof and easy to use just on the fence about the inconsistency.
