Directions
- Light the stick
- Carefully blow out the flame
- Leave the glowing embers to smoulder and release fragrance
- Start to relax, then focus on affirmation
- Repeat ten times in your mind
- Burn for a minimum of 10 minutes
- Sticks can be carefully extinguished and then relit if required

Amazing as always.
Love anything to do with the psychic sisters. Their take on incense is so fresh and new. These look visually beautiful as well and smell incredible while not being to heavy like more old fashioned incense.
