The Punchy Daily Hydration Reset in Wild Berry turns 500ml of plain water into a hydration hit worth reaching for, with seven electrolytes and minerals plus five vitamins in one small sachet. Magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, chloride and sodium from Himalayan pink salt lead the blend, backed by vitamins C, D, B3, B6 and B12. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function, while vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Directions

Tip one sachet into 500ml of cold water, shake or stir until fully dissolved, and drink. Up to two sachets a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
