It features an ultra-mild formula that delivers intense, smudge-proof, and waterproof results that can last for up to 6 weeks.

Aqua, Silver Nitrate, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Ammonia

*Contains Silver Nitrate - Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact.

Directions

Apply the eye protection papers under the eyes to prevent staining.
Apply the RefectoCil Intensifying Primer - Medium for a softer effect, or the RefectoCil Intensifying Primer - Strong for a more intense look, and allow it to develop for 4 minutes before removing
Apply your chosen RefectoCil base gel directly onto the eyebrows and allow it to develop for 2 minutes before removing
Apply the RefectoCil Activator Gel and a allow it to develop for 1 minute before removing
