Directions
Pour bottle A into bottle B, ensure the lid is tightly closed, and shake for one minute.
Apply the formula to clean, dry hair. Use a brush to ensure the formula covers the lengths.
Wrap the hair in cling film and leave for 45 minutes.
Rinse the hair well with warm water until water runs clear (about five minutes).
Apply half of bottle C as a shampoo and massage into the hair for one minute.
Rinse the hair for five minutes with warm water.
Apply the other half of bottle C and repeat the process.
Apply bottle D (conditioner) and massage through the hair before rinsing.
Treatment can be repeated three times if necessary.

Well Impressed!
Does what it claims to do. I was expecting it to smell really bad - it doesn't. Very easy to use and good results. My hair is still healthy after using this product. Handy if you have dyed your hair darker and want to go back to light (natural or last time you bleached it) as its much healthier than bleaching.

9/10 sur l'échelle de la violence
J'ai acheté ce produit pour effacer une couleur trop foncé. Après avoir scrupuleusement respecté la notice d'utilisation la couleur c'est en effet effacée (ça au moins..) cependant, je me retrouve avec un odeur à vous réveiller la nuit pendant trois jours et RIEN n'efface l'odeur !! Shampoing sur shampoing, soin masque huile essentielle, après une première nuit sans dormir tout y est passé mais rien à faire, à croire que c'était mon cheveux qui était carbonisé au point de sentir l'égout de Paris au maximum de sa violence. Je déconseille FORTEMENT ce produit. Il existe des équivalences beaucoup plus douces qui ne sentent pas l'œuf pourris.

Turned my purple hair into a baby blue colour! Im actually not mad because its super hecking cute and not a colour ive considered before but it was definitely a surprise! Maybe the remover has a preferance for the chemicals in red tones? I dont know, just be wary if you proceed!
Efficace sans décolorer
très efficace mais a agit un peu plus fort sur mes racines qui ont donc finis plus clair que mes longueurs. résultat néanmoins uniforme et plutôt naturel/ joli
PERFECT FOR SEMI-PERMANENT HAIR DYE
I had my hair dye a semi-permanent dark purple but its faded and looked ugly, this colour remover works very well (it does smell horrible but like any color remover). I went from this to this, definitely worth it for semi-permanent hair dye.
Not Remover
Hat nicht funktioniert. Hab es nach Anleitung benutzt, ausgewaschen. Haare sagen danach genauso aus wie davor.
Wahnsinn
Also ich bin wirklich begeistert. Ich hatte schwarze Haare mit lila schimmer. Habe das ganze wie beschrieben angewendet und hatte wieder braune Haare, nur der Ansatz hatte einen leichten rotstich. Ich persönlich finde die Haare riechen danach nicht eklig. Man muss es nur richtig auswaschen. Kann diesen Haarfarbenentferner nur weiterempfehlen
