Directions
- Pour bottle A into bottle B, ensure the lid is tightly closed, and shake for one minute.
- Apply the formula to clean, dry hair. Use a brush to ensure the formula covers the lengths.
- Wrap the hair in cling film and leave for 45 minutes.
- Rinse the hair well with warm water until water runs clear (about five minutes).
- Apply half of bottle C as a shampoo and massage into the hair for one minute.
- Rinse the hair for five minutes with warm water.
- Apply the other half of bottle C and repeat the process.
- Apply bottle D (conditioner) and massage through the hair before rinsing.
- Treatment can be repeated three times if necessary.

Worked great but strong smell
This worked great at removing my black box dye, however the shampoo has a really stong fragrance because i think they were trying to mask the smell of the remover (which also isnt great) but the fragrance they chose is such a strong chemicaly smell its almost as bad as the remover smell that they were trying to mask.
The nicest colour remover ever
I have used every brand of colour remover there is and this has just become an instant favourite. Including a conditioner is a game changer because I am a colour removing pro and it always leaves my hair feeling so dry but the conditioner in this saved it.

Plus no streaky ginger colour, its gone back to a nice brunette from black box dye!!! 10/10 recommend.

Removed a little bit of build-up but not that much. Made my scalp feel very dry and itchy for a few days and smelt very strange.
Loved it!
Really gentle with my hair, not too harsh and combined with the London no bleach, was perfect to get the red out of my hair!
