poor packaging and visibly clumps on skin

like a lot of loose powders, it ends up everywhere when i open and close it - would recommend decanting into a different pot. while the powder is good for oil control, it reacts badly with my foundation and leaves it looking clumpy and cakey. i can only use this powder if i'm just wearing concealer,...
