Pretty good tool
It does the job, I only bought it because I have long nails and putting on eye serums/creams is uncomfortable sometimes. The cooling sensation is nice but doesn't do anything particular.
Not as good as I hoped
Not as good as I hoped. The ball is very very small and it’s almost too small to move around. It is very stiff and doesn’t glide under your eye, but it is very cooling.

The roller ball is surprisingly heavy and cold feeling, which gives it enough pressure to rub products into the eye area, it does get stuck a bit in between though. I wish the spatula part was thinner to take less product
Refreshing
I can’t see any real difference in my under eye area but this is a nice little cooling treat and I imagine it does help with absorption of eye cream.

Poor quality and tiny
This item was so much smaller than I expected. I usually love Revolution products, but this just seemed so cheaply made and didn't even roll smoothly on the skin.
