Very good oily serum
It is very good for normal to combination skin. I have oily T-Zone with dry blemishes and very large pores. I use it before bedtime, and I can say that I didn't have any redness in the morning. I tried on my neck a little bit, before I applied to my face, just in case. In the morning, my face was very smooth and soft. I have read a lots of negative comments, and I was indeed sceptical about this product, but I can say, it worked for me. Smell is pleasant, texture is waterish oily, it is sticky when you use it a lot. Two or three drops is all that you need. I didn't mix it with my foundation yet, so I can't say is it good.
Mixed reviews
I am mixed about this product. When I first received it I began using it as recommended on the bottle - morning and night. It does give me a really nice glow when I use it however I found after a few days it made my skin quite oily and gave me spots. My skin type is normal - I’ve never had issues with oily or dry skin and never had an abnormal amount of spots etc but this did make my skin very oily. I only use it now for mixing with primer before I put foundation on to give me a glow or on no makeup days again to give me a glow. You only need a tiny drop on both cheeks and spread it to your forehead and chin, any more and your skin looks more wet than glowy.
Didn’t meet my expectations
I had such good expectations for this product as I was happy revolution was coming out with products like this at an affordable price, but it didn’t really meet them. On its own, I found the oil sticky and heavy, and it sat on the skin instead of sinking in. When mixed into foundation it certainly improves the application of the foundation, but it doesn’t affect the wearability. I’ve tried to use it many times but unfortunately it’s not working out for me, but I have combination skin, so it may be better for those with dry/normal skin.

Wonder stuff!
I was dubious to use this product due to previous reviews stating that it may contain sensitive skin, which I have along with a combination skin type. I did get a little tingle but not enough that is bothered me and went away within 5 minutes. The next day my skin looked vibrate, smooth and dewy, even though it is, indeed, an oil! I had some blemishes that it dried up and they're pretty much gone!
Disappointed
As a huge fan of literally every other Revolution Skincare product, I’m sad to have to leave this review. Product smelled gorgeous & after putting a little on my hand I couldn’t wait to put it on my face! Unfortunately, almost as soon as I put it on I began to feel a burning sensation. Decided to leave it on for a few mins to see if the burning went away but it didn’t. Was left with red and puffy skin that didn’t go down until the next day. I do not have sensitive skin at all, but on reviewing the ingredients I think citrus peel was what caused the reaction unfortunately. Product looks beautiful & did make the skin on my hand glowy, so if this doesn’t give you a reaction I’m sure it’ll be beautiful!
Does not work well with make up
I was so excited to try this product as I needed something to give my skin a bit of a boost before my make up as I’m a full coverage kind of girl. Applying it on my hand it felt so soft and smelt amazing I thought I’d grabbed myself a bargain until I put it on my face. I applied a few drops as it said and then put on my Mac foundation, it dried the foundation out so bad that it wouldn’t blend and you could see the strokes where I had put the foundation on my face (as shown in the photos) I then took my foundation off and tried again with a different foundation and still the same thing, I tried with my elf concealer and you could still see the blotches. In the end I had to leave the house with big red marks all over my face and I felt like an idiot. So overall I do not rate this product at all and would not reccomend buying it.
Left my skin feeling AMAZING
I use it on a morning and night. Only need a couple of drops on a night and my face feels so soft in the morning. After washing my face on a morning i use a little drop like a primer before i do my make up. My skin really looks in good shape. Lovely product. A little bit goes a long way. Really good value for money.
