l'effet décongestionnant fonctionne mais ne fait pas de miracle non plus et je me sens un peu irrité quand j'applique ce produit

A nice product to use before or after an eye cream. I like to use it after I put on my eye cream and before my concealer. The first time, it was a little strong scent and sensation but now I enjoy it.

I use it on my undereye every evening and when my eyes feel dehydrated.
It has a very weird cooling effect, like you were chewing mints but like in the eye, it's pleasant but sometimes I feel like the effect irritate my eyes.
The balm is very tiny, the size of half you thumb (was expecting way bigger).
Despite everything, it does leave my undereye skin hydrated, refreshed and not sticky.

Maybe I have super sensitive eyes but honestly this feels like I put vics vaporub under my eyes or like I’d been cutting onions for me tea. Never had this problem with other eye creams. Once the discomfort had gone...like 5-10 mins later...my under eye area did feel nice and hydrated....although that might have just been the tears from my watering eyes hydrating the area.
