- Apply 1-2 times a week.
- Allow to work for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Massage into skin for 30 seconds then rinse well.

This product is only really nice to smell and look at, not good for the skin. It has a warming affect and for me my face felt stingy and as if it was burning so I took it off after about 8mins, doesnt really do anything to help apart from making you look sunburnt for a couple of hours after , it also made me breakout..
