Elevate your lips with the ROM&ND Glasting Color Gloss. It gives your lips a plump, radiant look - some might say "sugar-coated." Its buildable formula allows you to achieve either a subtle, transparent colour when wearing alone or a more bold finish by layering. With a non-sticky, lightweight, comfortable formula, it glides effortlessly onto the lips and has long-lasting power.
