It is hard and poor quality, I bought two sigma brushes already, will not buy more in the future, I prefer Zoeva brushes, they are soft, good quality and cheap.
Sigma = Quality
I used to have brushes from all different brands until I found sigma. I've not had a single dud brush and the quality is always outstanding. Soft, easy to clean and great for blending, smudging and packing pigment. These tools are a pleasure to work with.

A really small size, very helpful with small eye areas and contours. Four stars for the price only.
