- Begin with clean, freshly washed skin.
- Starting at the top of the cheekbone, pull your skin taut and gently glide at a 45-degree angle towards the centre of the face using very short strokes.
- Move down towards cheek and jawline area using very short strokes.
- Repeat on other side of the face.
- Repeat the process on the forehead, chin, and above the lips as needed.
