The moment it touches your skin, it melts to a cool refreshing water gel, and its cooling plumping sensation doesn’t leave your skin for a long time. This is so fun! Really helps to de-puff my skin when I keep it in the freezer. Only issue is having to run back and forth to the freezer every morning mid skin care routine! Super good product though love
