This lip butter leaves my lips feeling soooo smooth, especially during the cold months. I love how large it is…making it easier for me to pick up, find if I drop it, and use.
I scanned this on the Yuka app and EWG healthy living and it scores well on both sites for minimal hazardous ingredients . I hope Sol De Janeiro can continue to make clean products if not even cleaner products. If customers start advocating for safer ingredients in products used on the body (just like food) I think we would see a huge change in declining health and severe sickness.

I can’t be without this lip butter. It keeps my lips hydrated over night. The smell is fantastic, if it could be a perfume, I’d buy it for the smell alone. Love the chunky tube style.

This product has been amazing for my lips, they are soft and silky even with the cold temps outside! The scent is to die for, I feel like a dessert when I wear it!

Charging a higher price for a vegan formula, while the ingredients are less costly than the original. If there was a need for a vegan version, it could have been released alongside the original. The new formula is not as hydrating, doesn’t feel nice on the lips and the scent of the balm is not as strong as in the old formula.
Very disappointing, will not be repurchasing.
