- Apply morning and night all over your body, using circular motions to promote circulation and de-puffing.
- Use with our lymphatic drainage technique using your hands to heighten the de-bloating benefits.
Depuffing belly massage technique:
- Starting at your belly button, press firmly and sweep your fingers upwards and outwards towards your rib cage.
- Complete this movement for 3-5 minutes.
