Genuinely never thought it would actually be this visable but i feel like it’s thickened my hair so much. I used to have an uneven hair line and like bald spots and it’s definitely filled it in, also my skin does feel good but i also started using retinol around the same time i started these so it could be that but the hair is definitely working. Ive not noticed much difference in my nail growth but they do feel stronger
