Ingredients
Strips: PVP, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin, Aqua, Alcohol, EDTA, Stevioside, Sodium Chlorite, DL-Menthol, Hydrogen Peroxide. Toothpaste: Sorbitol, Aqua, Hydrated Silica, Pentasodium Triphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cocamidopropy Betaine, Aroma, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Mono uorophosphate, Sodium Saccharin, Hydrogen Peroxide, CI 77891. Mouthwash: Aqua, Glycerin, Xylitol, Poloxamer 188, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Sodium Saccharin, Glycolipids, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Fluoride, Mentha Piperita Oil, Carrageenan, Sodium Benzoate
Directions
Whitening Strips:
- Tear open the foil packets to find a top strip and a bottom strip.
- Dry the teeth.
- Place the shorter whitening strip on the lower teeth first and then the longer strip onto the top teeth.
- Leave the strips in place for 1 hour before removing and rinsing away any residual gel.
- Repeat every day for 2 weeks.
Toothpaste:
- Use twice daily.
- Brush teeth and rinse off after use.
Mouthwash:
- Shake well before use.
- Remove cap.
- Hold bottle upright and squeeze.
- Only the correct 10ml dose will pour out. Rinse for 30 seconds and spit out.
- Do not swallow.
- Repeat twice daily.
Floss:
- Unwind approximately 15 inches of floss.
- Wind most of the floss around both of your middle fingers, leaving only about 1 to 2 inches of floss for your teeth.
- Slide the floss gently between the gum and the tooth.
- Dispose of the floss when finished.
