- Tear open the foil packet to find a top strip and a bottom strip.
- Dry the teeth. Place the shorter strip on the bottom teeth and the longer strip onto the top teeth.
- Leave the strips in place for 1 hour.
- After an hour, remove the strips and brush the teeth. Brush teeth twice daily.
