- Fill the water tank with lukewarm water and close the seal shut.
- Place the tip inside your mouth, lean over the sink and turn the unit on.
- Aim the tip at the gumline and work your way from your back teeth towards your front teeth, spraying water along the gumline. Floss both front and back of each tooth, pausing briefly between each tooth.
- Partially close your mouth to minimise water splashing, letting the water flow out of your mouth into the sink.

Handy
Comes in handy instead of using regular floss makes my routine easier to get through, does get a bit messy though
Where as this been all my life?
I’ve tried... and repeatedly failed, to use floss and those little TePe brushes to clean between the teeth. I’ve always found them to be too fiddly and time consuming! But now I’ve discovered this water flosser and it’s brilliant! It takes a couple of goes to get a technique whereby you don’t soak yourself, or the bathroom mirror but, after that... My mouth has never felt fresher and it takes no real effort or time at all. I’ve found that 4 refills is enough for a real detailed clean and whilst I thought it inconvenient to have to refill at first; now I barely notice and the ability to take it away with me makes it a plus.

Love it. It's a bit fiddly at first but it's amazing how clean my mouth feels.
