- Hydro-Stars - A set of 32 pimple patches, conveniently packaged in a Big Yellow compact with a mirror inside. Each star is made with 100% hydrocolloid, a material that’s clinically proven to absorb fluid and help reduce the appearance of inflammation to shrink spots overnight. Perfectly shaped to grip the contours of the face, Hydro-Stars are designed to really stick. They shield spots from outside bacteria and serve as a gentle reminder to avoid skin picking.
