Directions

Wonderful!!
Perfect product for vegan people and for everybody! I am vegan and it helps me to keep a good level of B12
Decent results!
I’ve been taking these vitamins twice a day for three months and I have seen them start to take effect. I would say you’d probably have to take them regularly for a longer time period to see the results flourish but my hair was definitely healthier, less frizzy and softer than usual. It didn’t speed up growth very much but I didn’t mind as it was definitely helping my hair heal and look amazing. I couldn’t tell if they effected my skin as I generally don’t have bad skin to begin with but overall I did feel great whilst taking them. They taste gorgeous too so I never dreaded having to take them like other vitamins.

I haven’t seen much change but I’ve only been using them for 20 days. Taste great just like candy.
Restored my brittle nails!
I mainly purchased this for my hair which has been bleached a couple times. I read one of the reviews saying they didn’t see much difference on hair thickness/growth until after a month of having these so I didn’t expect much to happen until then. However something I noticed immediately was how it strengthened my nails! I naturally have very strong nails, but after wearing acrylics a couple times they went brittle and thin. These gummy bears have completely restored its strength and x10! They are rock solid and won’t budge even if I try and bend them with force. Amazing. I can’t comment on how it’s affected my hair or even my skin because I look after them in other ways too but for nails, 10/10. I feel like I’m getting the vitamins my body was lacking in with these gummy bears and they’re yummy! Overall happy with the purchase.
Vitamins for France
The delivery service is deplorable. But everything else was perfect, as well as the customer service. I like this product !
Not impressed, doesn't do much - because:
They taste good, that's for sure, but if you look at the amout of vitamins that's in them, this is a poor product. You will get your effective vitamins elsewhere. Only the amount of vitamin B's (there's not many of htem in this) and vitamin D is sufficient. And there is no iron in this one - that's one of the most important mineral essentials for women's nutrition (we lose a lot of iron with blood). It would be great to have the exact contents and their amounts shown here. Will you do that Beauty Bay?
