Avec ma fille qui a 13 ans on les utilisent pour l apaisement avant de dormir ou pendant des moment de stress, les odeurs sont juste agréables les mélange apporté cette touche inattendu mais qui est ce mélange à merveille pas d allergie appliqué au creux du poignets chez elle et mpi nous avons des peau atypique donc les filles je vous le recommande vivement
