aqua (water, eau), glycerin, propylene glycol, peg-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polysorbate 20, phenoxyethanol, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, sodium hydroxide, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, parfum (fragrance), ci 17200 (red 33), ci 42090 (blue 1), alpha-isomethyl ionone, cinnamyl alcohol, coumarin, hexyl cinnamal, linalool
Directions
- Shake gently, then spritz over your pillow and duvet from around 30cm away.
- Mist around the room for the full wind down.
- Let bedding dry before you get in.
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not spray onto skin or towards the face. Keep away from open flames. Test on a small hidden area first if you're misting delicate fabrics. Keep out of reach of children.

Smells lovely but doesn’t last long
This is a lovely smelling spray but the scent doesn’t last that long. I tend to use it more as a pillow spray than a room one because of this.
