Directions
- Active Hydra Liner with water by mixing well with a wet makeup brush.
- Apply as desired once a creamy consistency has been achieved.
- Let the product air dry before storing.
- Mix shades to create unique combinations.

Amazing color i love myself some hydraliners but especially the blue steel one. I had a lot of questions about my liner when I’m wearing this one ! Will definitely buy more !

The color is an electric blue. It's really pop and fun. We add a bit of water and apply with a thin eye liner brush.
