Directions
- Apply nightly to makeup-free lashes.
- Apply directly with a single stroke to the base of the upper eyelash (the lash root), starting from the outer corner of the eye and move toward the inner corner.
- Allow one to two minutes for the serum to dry.
- On the brows, apply a small amount all over your brows for a fuller and thicker brow look.
