I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding an order I placed with your company.
I ordered 21 products and paid a significant amount of money, yet I never received the order. Since then, I have been contacting your company for years, including multiple emails, trying to resolve this issue.
Each time, I was told that you cannot help, that the order was lost, and despite this, I was never refunded nor compensated in any way. No one took real responsibility for this case, and I was left without my products or my money.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I am now being asked to leave a review for products that never arrived, as if I actually received them, which is completely unacceptable.

Okay so when i bought this it was cream and i recieved it as cream idk y the image r serums but eitherway the cream irritated my skin so bad omg i was so upset and the package came damp but thats probably the delivers fault i have super sensitive teen skin so its hard to find skincare thats good for me😭😭
