- To turn on, firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad.
- Press the up and down buttons on the button pad to increase or decrease speed.
- To turn off, firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad until the device shuts off.
- Connecting the attachments:
- Align the attachment with the tip of the arm and push to connect.
- To remove, grip the attachment by placing one finger on each side of the plastic connector.
- Pull off the attachment while the device is off.

Good tool to have.
Once I'd sorted out the app, this is a good tool to have. With only 2 minutes use it has already started to release the knots, with less pain than a sports massage.
Don’t know how I’ll live without it!
