Directions
- Apply directly to clean, dry lips in the morning, at night, and throughout the day as your plumping lip treatment.

No “extreme” plumping, just normal standard plumping. I had my fair share of different plumpers and this wasnt it. However, I did love the gloss as a gloss. The tingling gave my lips a beautiful shade pink and the gloss lasted for a couple hours.
