High Quality But Disappointing Colour Story
I have loads of Viseart eyeshadow palettes. All are excellent quality and they go on my eyes beautifully. This palette is high quality as well. I like the dark/black colour, which made me buy this palette. However, the top two colours are way too similar. I wish another colour would replace one of them - a warm brown tone perhaps. Overall, although the quality is there, I think this palette limits the looks I can create.
Great Pallet, but so small
the colours are great, great for a trip, beautiful and have a loxury feeling. But they are a bit expensive for the amount that you receive to use
Gorgeous Quad
Love this color story for a dark smokey sparkly eye look. The black is a flat matte that lends itself easily to building many different gradients of black. The shimmers are finely milled and sparkly in Viseart’s usual subtle way. I was expecting the same warm summery gold shimmers that appear in Viseart’s marketing for this palette and on the box. I was a bit disappointed to discover that the gold shimmers were cool leaning, rather that warm. Bummer - that yellow-orange gold shimmer on the box and in marketing images of the quad would have been the star for me!!
