A great addition to my vitamin routine
I'll start off by saying it's a wonderful product. All adults should consider a collagen boost as it is extremely beneficial for your skin, hair, nails, and overall health. I did notice hair growth and shine which is wonderful, can't really comment on the nails as I get my nails done professionally. The skin however, this is where I can definitely say I saw a massive improvement and my skin is absolutely glowing. The reason for the 4 stars however, is that I find it quite difficult to drink. It doesn't have a strong taste, it's a watery texture with a strawberry aftertaste but I do not find it particularly pleasant.
Im on the right track now!
I havent been taking care of myself as well as i should over the last year and my hair, nails and facial skin have definatley taken the brunt, i wanted to try something to help look after myself and not only care for my body but help me feel like i was caring for myself to! This product dissolves fully, tastes fab and ive already noticed, combined with a good hair regime, painting my nails with hardener while this product gets to work, the combined efforts are really starting to show. My nails are longer and more strong than they have ever been and my hair isnt breaking/falling out! i cant say ive noticed improvements with my face yet but i think with continued use over time this might come, regardless, its ticking all my boxes and i feel happier and healthier knowing im doing something good for my body!
Good Supplement - like the flavour
After using it for about a month I can say it has fit into my routine quite well, good flavour not to strong so it's easy to drink and feeling refreshed. I've been seeing a few good results in my skin and health. It has everything a woman should take as supplements anyways. My hair looks better, feels better and my skin seems glowing.
Weird taste and consistency
I tried this product as I have just started taking collagen in tablet form to try to improve the appearance of my skin. Collagen was recommended and tablet form has been so far working, but I thought powder may be more versatile. On first trying this in water I found the consistency odd, quite thick, and did not like the flavour. I have since been adding a little squash to flavour it and it is now quite palatable. I've tried the powder mixed in a yogurt and wasn't impressed and i may also try it in a smoothie another day. I'm not sure yet if I'm seeing any visible benefits in my appearance from the product, maybe it's too soon to tell, but also as I've previously taken collagen the effects may not be as noticeable as if I had just started out. Time will tell...

I am really surprised that from the beginning of use, I noticed some improvements. Then the hair has become more shiny, and the entire skin is more robust and durable. I do recommend that people should use this Collagen product, as it does offer many unlimited benefits. Even if the users may notice that the product is not offering the benefits, they should carry on using it. And we are sure that before end of the jar, all the benefits will surely appear.
Not convinced it's effective
I've been using the Vital Proteins collagen supplement for a month now, and have been enjoying it a lot. It is very easy to make up in a bottle of water (I usually make it my first drink in the morning to sip on till lunch), you add a scoop to water and shake vigorously for a bit and it dissolves really well. The flavour is great, it's a nice sweet but not overpowering strawberry. My work friends have all commented on how nice it smells! The taste is good, and very drinkable. I'm not convinced I have noticed a difference in my skin at all, whether good or bad, but perhaps it needs a longer trial to comment on this. The negatives for me are that it definitely leaves a grainy feeling on your teeth, so I'm not sure how good this will be for your dental health longterm.

Vital Proteins
I've been using Vital Proteins Beauty Collagen for a week or so, and think I need to use it for longer to notice the full benefits. It's simple to use, with a potion scoop provided and clear instructions, it dissolved fairly well in water and is very sweet, which might be better in smoothies rather than water but I haven't experimented with that. I've noticed my hair feels healthier, less dry and is shiny and my nails seem stronger too, but I haven't seen a difference in my skin yet.
