When your order leaves our warehouse on its journey to you, we’ll send you a dispatch notification email – so keep an eye on your inbox, please note this may take longer than usual during this busy time so please keep checking here for the latest info!

Please double check that you enter your correct e–mail address when placing your order. This means we can hit you up with all the dispatch and delivery notification e–mails from ourselves and any delivery couriers (on applicable services), ensuring you’re as clued up about your order as we are.

International Orders

There will be limited delivery options available during the Bragging Rights period.

Saver Delivery

Delivered 5–7 working days after dispatch within Europe, 7–10 working days after dispatch for Rest of World*).

Tracked Delivery

Delivered 3-8 days after dispatch.

What you need to know

We will not be able to make any amendments to an order, during this period. Please be sure to check all your details are correct before finalising your order.

Haul Pass customers will get the fastest delivery option we have available, free of charge. Be sure to check our delivery page for which services are available and any cut off times, as these can change at any time.

We know you love to stock up on your fave products – but just FYI, there is a limit of 5 units per items during the ‘Black Friday’ period. Any orders placed which exceed this limit will be cancelled.

Any item purchased during the ‘Black Friday’ period will be eligible for return under our usual 60 day returns policy.

There's lot's of savings to be had during this sales period but kindly note, only one discount promotion can be applied to an order at a time.

Gift boxes will not be available during the Black Friday period.
