Landing in Dublin, Manchester, and London this October, we’re hosting Jeffree Star (and special guests!) for an up close and personal Q&A sesh.

• What’s included with my ticket?

  Standard tickets will include access to the BEAUTY BAY presents the Can't Relate tour, with special guest Jeffree Star - a next level on-stage beauty production - at the venue you have chosen and a goody bag.

  There will also be 250 VIP tickets available for each event, which will include access to the show and a goody bag, as well as a meet and greet with Jeffree after the show.

• When will the tickets go on sale?

  Tickets will go on sale at 12pm (BST) on 28.09.18 through an official, third party provider. Watch this space for more details.

• How much are tickets?

  General admission and VIP tickets will cost £40 or 45€ (plus a £4/2€ booking fee.).

• Where can I buy tickets?

  Tickets for London and Manchester will be available to buy through Dice and tickets for Dublin will be available online at helix.ie as well as the box office phone.

• How many tickets can I buy?

  You will be able to buy a maximum of 4 tickets at a time.

• How can I get tickets to the meet and greet?

  VIP tickets will include a meet and greet with Jeffree following the show. VIP tickets will be sold separately on an official third party provider. There will be 250 VIP tickets available for each location, sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

• Is there an age restriction?

  This is an over 14 event. No one under the age of 14 will get access.

• Do I need to bring ID?

  Yes. You will need a form of ID which has your name on it. Photo ID is preferable but not a necessity. Please note that if you look under 16 and are unaccompanied, we may ask to see your ID and reserve the right the refuse entry.

• Can I get a ticket for more than one location?

  Tickets for each location will be available to everyone, but we would advise getting tickets to your preferred location first, as these will sell out.

• Do I need to buy a ticket?

  You will need a ticket to gain access to this event.

• Do I need my ticket with me?

  Yes, you will need your ticket to access the event. If you don’t have your ticket, then you will be refused entry. You will be sent an e-ticket which you can either print out or show on your phone screen. Please note, all tickets will be security checked upon entry and we reserve the right to refuse access to any photocopied/fake tickets. 

• Dublin Information

  The Dublin #CANTRELATETOUR2018 venue will be: The Helix, DCU, Collins Avenue, Whitehall, Dublin 9, Ireland.

  The show will start at 6pm. Doors will open at 5pm.

  We've worked with the venues to allow entry to anyone over the age of 14. No refunds will be given for incorrectly booked tickets. Please note that if you look under 14 and are unaccompanied, we may ask to see your ID and reserve the right the refuse entry.

• Manchester Information

  The Manchester #CANTRELATETOUR2018 venue will be: Hall 4, Event City, Phoenix Way Off, Barton Dock Rd, Manchester M41 7TB

  The show will start at 2pm. Doors will open at 12.30pm

• London Information

  The London #CANTRELATETOUR2018 venue will be: The Troxy Theatre, 490 Commercial Rd, London E1 0HX

  The show will start at 5pm. Doors will open at 3.30pm

Merchandise and Products

• Will I be able to buy products at the event?

  We will have a limited amount of Jeffree Star Cosmetics products and merch available. Please note, Dublin will be a cash only venue.

• Are you selling merch?

  There will be a limited amount of Jeffree Star Cosmetics products and merch available. Please note, Dublin will be a cash only venue.

• Are the merch and products refundable?

  The merchandise and products from these events will be non-refundable.

• What is going to be in the goody bags?

  The goody bags are worth over £50 (55€), and will contain a whole haul of products including some of Jeffree Star Cosmetics' most famous products. Please note these items are subject to change and may vary between each bag. These products cannot be exchanged.

The Show

• What is in the show?

  The show will include a Q+A with Jeffree, a panel with some very special guests and some next level content you won’t wanna miss!

• Will there be something different at each event?

  The show will have the same format at each event, but some of the content may change slightly. For example, we will be switching up the special guests at each location.

• Can I come to the event but not watch the show?

  Due to capacity at each venue, you will only be able to get access if you have a ticket.

• Can I take pictures during the show?

  Feel free to bring your own camera/take photos on your phone. This is going to be a show to remember! #CANTRELATETOUR.

• How long is the event on for?

  The show will last approximately 90 minutes. The meet and greet (only those with VIP tickets will get access to this) will take place following the show and we expect it to take up to two hours for Jeffree to say hey to everyone who is waiting.

• Will there be disabled access?

  Yes, all venues have disabled access. If you require a carer, you will need to buy them a ticket, which can then be refunded from the ticket vendor following confirmation and proof of their role (please note: this is only applicable to the London and Manchester events, please contact customer.services for queries about Dublin).

The Meet and Greet

• What time should I arrive?

  There will be 250 VIP available for each event that include a meet and greet after the show, which will go on sale at the same time as standard tickets. Standard tickets will not include a meet and greet.

• Will a professional photographer take my photo with Jeffree?

  There will not be a professional photographer to take your photo with Jeffree. We will have a member of staff ready to take pictures on your phone (just make sure you have enough charge and storage space!). Please note the meet and greet will not be included with standard tickets.

• I’m freaking out. Is that okay?

  That’s totally okay. We’re sooo excited too. But please remember, any inappropriate behaviour inside or outside the event will not be tolerated, and you may be removed from the venue by our security team. We reserve the right to refuse admittance on this basis.

• Can I bring Jeffree a gift?

  We have limited space at the venues for our #CANTRELATETOUR so unfortunately Jeffree will not be accepting any gifts.

• Can I bring a personal item for Jeffree to sign?

  In order for the meet and greets to run smoothly, Jeffree will not be signing any items at these events.

• If I get a VIP ticket, how long will I have with Jeffree?

  You won’t get to sit and chat to Jeffree for a long time (there’s going to be 250 people waiting to meet him too) but he is totally game for a selfie.

• Will my bag be checked?

  We don’t want to rummage through your makeup bags – but our security team do need to guarantee everyone’s safety, so they’ll be having a nosey. Please make sure you have removed all sharp objects prior to the event as these may be confiscated.
