1. The “Promoter” of this prize draw is BEAUTY BAY Limited of Level 12, 5 Exchange Quay, Manchester, M5 3EF. We’ll use BEAUTY BAY throughout these Terms and Conditions.

2. The prize draw is open to individuals in the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of BEAUTY BAY, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. We reserve the right to obtain proof of age and if proof is not provided we can reject entry to select another winner.

3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted and use of multiple email submissions from the same individual or use of automated submissions is prohibited. Where the Promoter reasonably discovers multiple entries made by the same person from various email, social media or other accounts or from the same IP address they will not be valid.

5. The opening date for entries is 12.00pm on the 29.11.2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 00.01 on 01.12.2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

6. BEAUTY BAY accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, platform, or server failure of any kind.

7. The winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person.

8. There will be 2 (two) prizes in total. Each winner will receive the following: · Equivalent to £1,000 (one thousand) pounds cash prize (by bank transfer from the Promotor’s bank account to the winner’s personal bank account). The winner may need to provide proof of account and identity before payment is made.

9. The winner will be notified by email with direction to a provided email to take relevant information. The winner may need to provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified by BEAUTY BAY, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and BEAUTY BAY will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

10. Subject to point 14, the winner(s) of the Prize Draw will be announced on BEAUTY BAY’s Instagram feed within a reasonable period of the promotion ending. BEAUTY BAY may also make announcements on its other social channels and website or app. Subject to the winner’s preferences, the winner’s surname and county can be obtained by sending an email to competitions@beautybay.com.

11. The prize will be transferred to the winner within a maximum of 30 days of being notified of their win. BEAUTY BAY will not be responsible for any transfer fees or bank charges

12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no other alternative prize may be requested.

13. The decision of BEAUTY BAY regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. BEAUTY BAY will make public announcements as set out above about the winner(s). If you are the winner and object to your details being made available, please notify BEAUTY BAY upon being notified that you are a winner. In such circumstances, BEAUTY BAY must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. BEAUTY BAY reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

16. BEAUTY BAY reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes reasonably necessary to do so. Any reasonable changes to the prize draw or these Terms and Conditions will be announced by the Promoter through its relevant social media accounts(s)

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, BEAUTY BAY, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of BEAUTY BAY, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

18. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw and no recompense will be provided although this is not a condition of entry.

19. If an entry involves creating any content including but not limited to an image, social media output or post (“Content”) the entrant will own the copyright but agrees that we may use (including reasonably modifying or editing) and repost the Content, without compensation, on our BEAUTY BAY social media accounts, website, app or within other marketing materials or media on a royalty free basis and without notice as part of the prize draw promotion and afterwards (including at the Promoter’s discretion tagging the entrant or winner’s account). The entrant waives all moral rights under the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Third parties may be able to repost this content in line with the relevant social media platform’s T&Cs. Any Content submitted must be the entrant’s own and not breach anyone else’s third party intellectual property rights. Although an entrant may have submitted content, the winner is still chosen in line with point 8 above.

20. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third-party suppliers (where relevant) only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. By entering the prize draw you agree to the use of your personal data by BEAUTY BAY for the purposes of administration of the prize draw (including publishing the details of the winner(s)) and for any other purpose to which consent has been provided or in accordance with our Privacy Policy located here BEAUTY BAY: The destination to explore your beauty obsessions

21. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

22. BEAUTY BAY, as promoter, will co-operate with any regulatory bodies or law enforcement authorities or courts requiring us to disclose the identity of an entrant or winner where they may be in breach of third party rights, applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions.
