Warehouse move terms & conditions

Beauty Bay is moving to a new warehouse from the 21st of September 2016. From this date and the week following, our delivery services will be disrupted. We cannot guarantee dispatch/delivery within our usual timescales.

1. General

   1. Last orders for Next Day and Express services will be 4pm on Tuesday 20th September 2016.
   2. We aim to commence dispatch of parcels from 23rd September 2016, although we cannot guarantee specific dispatch dates.
   3. Orders can still be placed during our warehouse move but we will be unable to dispatch any parcel during this period.

2. Limited Delivery Options

   1. UK Tracked
      2 days after dispatch
   2. UK Local Collection
      Delivered to a collection shop of your choice 2 working days after dispatch
3. 1. International Saver
      5-7 working days after dispatch within Europe, 7-10 working days after dispatch for Rest of World. This service is not tracked.
   2. International Tracked
      5-7 working days after dispatch within Europe, 7-10 working days after dispatch for Rest of World.
