1. The “Promoter” of this prize draw is BEAUTY BAY Limited of Level 12, 5 Exchange Quay, Manchester, M5 3EF. We’ll use BEAUTY BAY throughout these Terms and Conditions.

2. The prize draw is open worldwide only (to people aged 16 years) or over, except employees of BEAUTY BAY, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Where the Promoter reasonably discovers multiple entries made by the same person from various email, social media or other accounts or from the same IP address they will not be valid.

4. All entries must be submitted via beautybay.com. When entering the competition via beautybay.com you must sign up to the Bronzing Drops waitlist using your email address.

5. The opening date for entries is 12 pm on 03/05/2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 11.59pm on 06/05/2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

6. BEAUTY BAY accepts no responsibility for orders not successfully entered due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, platform, or server failure of any kind.

7. The winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person.

8. The winner will receive: Future Bronze Bronzing Drops, Colloidal Oatmeal + Oat Lipid Rich Moisturiser, 5% Squalane + Grapeseed Oil Serum Hybrid, Liquid Highlighter Vault, Jelly Grip Hydrating Primer, High- Key Volume Mascara, Vanilla & Coconut and Cherry, Future Bronze Body Base Dark and Application Mitt

9. The winner will be notified by email. The winner will need to provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by BEAUTY BAY, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and BEAUTY BAY will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

10. The prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days of being notified of their win.

11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

12. The prize is supplied by BEAUTY BAY. BEAUTY BAY reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.

13. The decision of BEAUTY BAY regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. Subject to the winner’s preferences, the winner’s surname and county can be obtained by sending an email to competitions@beautybay.com within 2 days after the date of award of the prize draw. If you are the winner and object to your surname and county being made available, please notify BEAUTY BAY upon being notified that you are a winner. In such circumstances, BEAUTY BAY must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. BEAUTY BAY reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

16. BEAUTY BAY reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, BEAUTY BAY, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of BEAUTY BAY, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

18. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw. No recompense will be provided.

19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third-party suppliers (where relevant) only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
