Directions
- Apply to eyelids with fingers or your favourite brush, using as much or as little product as you like.

Literally my only complaint is how fast it dries otherwise it is absolutely beautiful it dries beautiful and layers so well with eyeshadows

Amazing colour
I’ve been looking for a blue eye shadow like this for a long time — something incredibly dense and liquid that dries with a bold finish. The colour on this product is phenomenal, the applicator makes it easy to sweep on. Only downside is that it takes a long time to dry fully (about 15 mins), so expect some smudging (I just used a brush to scuff the edges where it had rubbed but would prefer for it to have sat cleanly). Once dry it really sets. Was difficult to get off the patch test on my hand, but on my face i just cleansed twice, went to bed and woke up with very faint blue that was almost imperceptible. Much less noticeable than residual mascara or black eyeliner the next day after two cleanses! I don’t like using makeup remover or rubbing my eyes so this was a big bonus
