Black, but unsure of the formula
This has sat in my bag for several months but I rarely use it. I just like the security of having a black pencil in the event I need one. This does have some staying power, however the formula is so dry that efforts to get a consistent opaque line are thrawted. I would warn against layering at all costs as this just removes what was laid down. There is an appeal in having a dry liner as these typically tend to last longer, but this tipped the scales a bit too much.

One of the better waterproof liners for sure. Did have smudging initially but that seems to have stopped now.
