It is shiny and pretty but it doesn't work as an eyeshadow at all, maybe it did not claim to - it doesn't stick on a glitter glue primer or if applied wet. The only way I can use it now is as a highlighter or a body glitter - just rubbing it into the skin with my fingers. The texture is pretty powde...

Not actually a highlighter for pale girls

It's loose glitter and it is GREEN. do not buy this for eyes as it will fall inside and cause pain; do not buy this as a shimmer as the glitter does not form a metallic layer. It also won't stay in place.
