Mainly used for pilates and walking, comfortable, not too bulky, discreet colour and does the job!

Amazing, very effective for Pilates I will have these for a very long time

So pretty and comfortable to wear on both ankles and wrists. They don’t look like much but they really make a difference when you add them to certain exercises, e.g. pilates type inner thigh exercises, can really feel the burn!

I use these weights for Pilates at home and they are perfect. They are so easy to use you can secure them on your ankles and your wrists and they elevate any movement and workout. They are this lovely soft material and look great.
