- Activate the formula using water or a mist.

Very thick, but gives a nice lifted look
This product is really hard and thick, I tried to use a spoolie and it took a while to get the product to soften up. Once it was on the spoolie and applied it gave a lovely laminated brow look, and stayed in place all day! I would definitely recommend this product, however I would note that it needs an applicator to be included, as my spoolie didn’t do the trick too well!
