This is a good sized, quality roller. It feels a good weight and I use it with a facial oil to help with headaches, sinus pain and TMJ pain. Comes in a nice box so would make a good gift!

I accidentally put the wrong address on my order and immediately emailed the retailer (with all details required) I got no response. I sent a total of 10+ emails to the customer service department and received no response. My item 'Haul' has been delivered to the wrong address and so I have not been able to get the item I ordered. I am extremely disappointed with the service (or lack of) that I have received and will never use this retailer again.
