Directions
Charge the handheld controller fully before first use. Attach the straps, insert the eye shields, then cleanse and dry your skin, removing all makeup, serums, and lotions first. Position the mask and fasten the straps for a snug fit. Hold the power button for 2 seconds, select your mode and time, then relax. Follow with your serum and moisturiser afterwards. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking photosensitising medication, or if you have epilepsy or a photosensitive condition.

I've been using the product for 4 weeks. Red & infrared for 10 minutes each 4 x per week and the yellow for 20 minutes 5 x per week. I cannot as yet see any noticeable results, perhap subtle but I cannot be sure? It may be a bit early to see any noticeable results so I will continue for a few months in the hope.

Unfortunately the mask was not in good condition and I have had to return it. It arrived beautifully packaged but clearly the mask hadn’t been checked before being boxed up. This is obviously not the fault of beauty bay as they are merely suppliers. I must add that waiting for an email to acknowledge my return is painfully slow even though I have a tracked it and know it has been received.

Pretty good. Only used for a couple of weeks now but find it easy to use almost daily. Battery runs out after about a week of use which is manageable - hoping it lasts.

Love all the different settings on the mask. I have only been using for 2 weeks but have already noticed a difference in my skin.
A couple of points to note. It is uncomfortable across the nose and eyebrows after a few minutes of wear. The battery doesn’t last long which is annoying. The cable connection from the mask to the controller is quite tenuous and mine is already flickering after only a few weeks
